Refund policy
Digital Products
All digital products sold by Women Building Abroad are non-refundable.
Once a digital product (including guides, downloads, videos, or other digital materials) has been purchased and access has been granted, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase caused by our systems, we will either resolve the issue or, at our discretion, provide a refund or alternative access. User error, device incompatibility, email delivery issues, or failure to access materials after purchase do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Sessions, Review Calls & Office Hours
All sessions, including review calls, office hours, and private sessions, are non-refundable.
Because availability is limited and time is reserved in advance, purchases are considered final once booked or scheduled.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be permitted at our discretion with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions, no-shows, or late cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
Technical Issues
If a session cannot take place due to a technical failure on our end, the session will be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
Deposits & Pending Sessions
Some services may be purchased as a deposit or placed in a pending status prior to scheduling.
Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be applied toward a future session only if scheduling requirements are met within the stated timeframe. Failure to schedule within the stated timeframe does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after accessing digital materials or attending a session violates this policy and may result in revoked access to all current and future services.
