Women Building Abroad (“WBA,” “we,” “us”) offers digital products, services, and limited physical items. This policy explains how delivery and fulfillment work.


1. Digital Products (Final Delivery)

Most WBA offerings are digital (guides, resources, downloads, access links).

  • Digital products are delivered electronically via email or account access.

  • Delivery typically occurs immediately or within 24 hours of successful payment.

  • Once digital access or download links are delivered, the product is considered fulfilled and non-returnable.

No physical shipping fees apply to digital products.


2. Services, Sessions & Access-Based Products

Some offerings include scheduled services, office hours, consultations, or gated access.

  • These products do not involve physical shipping.

  • Fulfillment occurs when access details, scheduling instructions, or session availability are delivered.

  • Once access is granted or scheduling options are provided, the service is considered delivered.

Availability, confirmation steps, or manual review may be required before access is finalized.


3. Physical Products (If Offered)

From time to time, WBA may offer physical items (such as books, merchandise, or materials).

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary by location.

  • Once a physical order has shipped, it is considered in transit and fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.


4. International Shipping

WBA operates globally.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • WBA is not responsible for delays, refusals, or fees imposed by customs or local authorities.


5. Delivery Issues

  • WBA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or incorrect address information.

  • Returned or undeliverable physical shipments may require additional shipping fees to resend.
